OJI Entertainment ("we", "us") is operated by ビーガン王子株式会社 (Vegan Oji K.K.), Tokyo, Japan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ojientertainment.com, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: hello@ojientertainment.com.
Information we collect
- Enquiries. When you contact us or submit a booking or representation enquiry, we collect what you provide — your name, company, email, phone, message, and any project details (budget, dates, usage).
- Talent accounts. If we represent you and you use the talent portal, we store your profile (name, tagline, bio, measurements, hair & eye colour, languages, skills, optional heritage/background, tattoos/marks and social links), the photos and casting media (images and video links) you upload, and your knowledge-base answers. We also store the private registration details you provide — held for OJI Entertainment only and never shown publicly — including your full legal name, date of birth, gender, nationality, address, your residence card (在留カード) details and scan, bank details for payment, contact (phone/LINE) and any dietary needs. Some of this — heritage, dietary needs and residence-card/visa information — is sensitive information you provide voluntarily so we can represent you and put you forward for work; optional fields can be left blank.
- Technical data. Standard server and security logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated by our hosting and content-delivery providers, plus a single cookie that remembers your language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to and manage enquiries and bookings.
- To represent our talent and operate their profiles.
- To run, secure, and improve the website.
- To prepare communications relating to enquiries.
How it is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate OJI Entertainment, under appropriate safeguards — including Supabase (database & file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting & security), and our email provider. We may disclose information where required by law.
International processing
Our database is hosted in the Tokyo region. Some providers may process data in other countries; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact hello@ojientertainment.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above will change accordingly.
