Use of the site
You may browse the site and submit genuine enquiries. You agree not to misuse it — including scraping or harvesting data, attempting unauthorised access, or any unlawful use.
Talent accounts
If we represent you, the talent portal is for your own use; keep your login secure and your information accurate and up to date. You confirm that the photos, video and details you upload are yours to share and do not infringe anyone’s rights, and you grant OJI Entertainment permission to use them to represent you and put you forward to clients. Profiles are reviewed before they go live; we may edit or unpublish a profile at our discretion.
Enquiries & bookings
Information on this site is general and is not an offer or a binding commitment. Any engagement of talent is subject to a separate written agreement and confirmation by OJI Entertainment; availability, terms, and fees are confirmed case by case.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and all talent names, images, and materials are owned by OJI Entertainment / ビーガン王子株式会社 or used with permission, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
No warranties & liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OJI Entertainment is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
